What this service is

cvdestroyed.com is an AI-powered CV analysis and rewriting tool. You upload a CV, the AI roasts it, and optionally rewrites it. The roast is opinion and analysis generated by a large language model. The rewrite is a suggested restructuring of your existing content. We do not guarantee employment outcomes, interview success, or recruiter approval.

Acceptable use

You agree to use this service only for lawful purposes. You must not upload content that:

• Contains illegal content, including material that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
• Is designed to impersonate another person for fraudulent purposes
• Is used to probe, test, or attack the system for security vulnerabilities
• Is submitted at automated scale for spam or bulk content generation

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time without explanation.

Payment terms

The CV rewrite is a one-time purchase. Payment is processed securely by Dodo Payments. By completing a purchase, you agree to Dodo Payments' terms of service. You will receive a receipt via email from Dodo Payments.

Prices are displayed in USD by default, with automatic conversion to INR for users in India. Prices shown include all applicable taxes where required by law.

Refunds

Because the rewrite is a digitally delivered product generated immediately upon payment, we generally do not issue refunds. However, if the rewrite completely failed to generate due to a technical error on our side, we will provide a full refund within 48 hours of your request. See our full Refund Policy for details.

Intellectual property

You retain full ownership of the CV content you upload. You own the roast output and the rewritten CV generated from your content. We do not claim any rights to your uploaded material or the AI-generated outputs derived from it.

The cvdestroyed.com name, branding, and website design are our intellectual property. Do not reproduce or impersonate the service.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cvdestroyed.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. This includes but is not limited to: lost job opportunities, recruiter rejection, emotional distress caused by accurate roast feedback, or any decision made based on the AI output.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be noted with a revised date at the top of this page.
